Every package page lists exactly what is delivered, what is excluded, how long it takes, and what it costs in USD. Read it before you pay — nothing is revealed afterwards.
Send your details
After payment you land on a short form asking for your website, your location, your platform, and what you want the work to achieve. It takes a few minutes and never asks for a password.
We do the work
We verify the payment, confirm by email within one business day, and start. The delivery clock runs from the point we have both your payment and the information needed to begin.
You receive the result
Either the changes applied directly to your site, or a document containing every recommended change, written so you or your developer can act on it. One revision is included.
The details people usually ask about
The parts of the process that are worth spelling out.
- When the delivery clock starts
- Not at payment. It starts when we have both the cleared payment and the information needed to begin. If we are waiting on your website access or your page URLs, that time does not count against the delivery window — and it does not count against you either.
- How payment is handled
- Through Stripe’s own secure checkout. Digiolio never sees or stores your card details, and no card field is ever rendered on this website. Your statement will show DIGIOLIO.
- How access works
- We never ask for a password, and never through a form. If you want changes applied directly, we request a proper account invitation — a WordPress user, a Shopify staff account, or a Google Business Profile manager invite — which you can revoke the moment the work is done.
- How revisions work
- Every package includes one. Request it within seven calendar days of delivery and tell us specifically what does not match the agreed scope. If we cannot put it right, the refund policy applies.
- What you actually receive
- Either the approved changes applied to your site, or a document setting out every recommended change in a form you or your developer can act on directly. The price is identical either way — the choice is about who does the clicking.
- If you change your mind
- 100% back if you cancel before we start work. 50% back if you cancel after work starts but before delivery. After delivery there is no refund, unless we failed to deliver the scope published on your package page.
