Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and no one honestly can. We improve the technical and on-page signals search engines use to understand your business. Rankings and traffic depend on competition, your site's history, how the recommendations are implemented, and decisions search engines make independently. Any agency promising a specific position is either guessing or misleading you.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Your package is delivered within the business-day window shown on its page. The effect of the changes is a separate question: search engines need to recrawl and reassess your pages, which typically takes weeks rather than days, and depends on how competitive your market is and how much of the work you implement.
Buying & delivery
Is this a subscription?
No. Every package is a one-time purchase with a fixed price and a defined scope. There is no recurring charge, no contract, and nothing to cancel.
What happens after I pay?
Stripe emails your receipt, and you are returned to a page asking for your project details. Once you submit those, we verify the payment and confirm by email within one business day. The delivery clock starts when payment has cleared and we have the information needed to begin.
What do you need from me before you start?
It varies by package and is listed in full on each package page before you pay. In every case: your website URL, what you want the work to achieve, and your business location. Local packages also need your Google Business Profile URL.
Which website platforms do you support?
The recommendations apply to any platform. Direct implementation is straightforward on WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, and Webflow. On a custom or headless site we deliver the optimisation document for your developer instead. Tell us your platform on the onboarding form and we will confirm before starting.
Access & security
Do you need access to my website?
Only if you want the changes applied for you. If you supply compatible access, we implement the approved changes directly. If you would rather not, you receive a ready-to-apply document containing every recommended change, written so that you or your developer can act on it. Either way the price is the same.
How do I send you access safely?
Never through a form on this site, and never as a password. Once your order is confirmed we ask for a proper account invitation — a WordPress user, a Shopify staff account, or a Google Business Profile manager invite — which you can revoke at any time.
Refunds & revisions
Can I get a refund?
Yes, and you can work out the amount yourself. Cancel before we start work and you get 100% back. Cancel after work starts but before delivery and you get 50% back. After delivery there is no refund, unless we failed to deliver the scope published on your package page — then you get 100%. The full terms are on the refunds page.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Every package includes one revision. Request it within seven calendar days of delivery, telling us specifically what does not match the agreed scope, and we will put it right. If we cannot, the refund policy applies.
What we will not do
Do you build links?
No. Link building is excluded from every package, and we do not offer it separately. Bought and mass-built links carry real risk to your site and we will not sell them.
Will you generate reviews for my business?
No. We provide templates for requesting reviews from real customers and templates for responding to them. Generating, incentivising, or fabricating reviews violates both Google's policies and US consumer-protection law, and we will not do it.
Do you write content?
Not as a standalone service. We write the SEO title, meta description, and heading structure, and rewrite the Google Business Profile description on local packages. Full article or page copywriting is outside the scope of every package.
Who actually does the work?
Digiolio is a small, remote, owner-operated business registered in Wyoming. The person who reviews your site is the person who writes your report. There is no reseller in the middle and no automated report generator.
